We're introducing a new addition to our baking line: a dumpling packed with genuine sausages. I experimented by making it myself, which is how we do things around here - we test every recipe personally to ensure it meets our high standards. For this particular dumpling, I used beef sausages and wanted to see how different types of cheese behave when melted. Every type of cheese responds uniquely, so feel free to experiment with various options. You can use filata cheese, but any hard cheese will also work well. The process is straightforward: place the sausage in a pre-shaped dough-lined mold, add onions cut into pieces and cheese on top, cover it with another layer of dough made by machine, seal the upper half, and bake until golden brown. That's the theory behind our new product! Now, let's see how it turns out - we'll be presenting it in cast iron plates, along with some other items.
