Dough Bowl & Cutting Board Scraper & Cutter Set

These are the dough scrapers I use when baking bread. There are three thicknesses, 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm. I use the thin one the most. It is great for getting sticky dough out of a stainless steel mixing bowl. It is just flexible enough to conform to the various bowls I use, but still strong enough to put up with a lot of abuse. The others are stiffer and might be used for scraping and cutting functions on a cutting board. I used PETg for these. PETg is non toxic. However some authorities claim that using FDM 3D printing to make food handling implements leaves holes and crevasses that can harbor pathogens. I think cleaning them carefully is adequate, perhaps at high temp in a dishwasher or using some white vinegar occasionally when cleaning manually. Up to you.
