This 3D model was originally built with Sketchup 8 and later converted to every other 3D format available. The native format is .skp, while 3dsmax scenes are 3ds Max 2016 versions rendered with Vray 3.00. It's somewhat compatible with a Single Wide Trailer Home. Like this one, it can go almost anywhere pretty much. Perfect for a trailer park setup. Enjoy the spacious open floor plan. Perhaps the main highlight of this house is its big island kitchen paired with a laundry room and mechanical area. The master suite boasts a nice bathroom featuring double sinks, a jacuzzi tub, shower stall, and toilet area, along with extra space for a linen closet! The other two bedrooms and bathroom are on the opposite side of the house. Though the house has many desirable features, I admit it is fairly ordinary in comparison to most creations that I've done so far. This manufactured home is complete with stairs out front and metal skirting around its base.
