To create a non-conductive ring, I opted for Inventor software and decided printing would be the most convenient method. My UP! .3937 3D printer was utilized to scale the design at approximately a size 11 1/16 (10.9mm wide). The finished product in the image is made of ABS plastic, post-processed with an acetone vapor bath for smoothing.
