I was not able to find any cutters that had the center cutout attached to the outer.  This allowed the hole to be perfect centered when cut out. The metal cutters had weld seams that caused imperfections in the final product. These can be scaled larger if needed. There are three sizes in this file 56mm, 65mm and 77mm.
