<p>A TUSH style top mounted roller filament holder. &nbsp;</p><p>Two sides for double 1kg spools or <strong>extra large 2kg+ rolls</strong> if you put it in the middle, across all 4 rollers. &nbsp;I've seen it used with 5kg spools.</p><p>Having a sturdy base for the heavy spool to roll on prevents any movement or torsion on the frame of the printer. &nbsp;Instead of the spool rocking back and forth as it's swinging from the center, this system keeps the center of gravity in one position at all times.</p><p>Supplies: &nbsp;<strong>8 Skateboard Bearings [7x22] (608 Series)</strong></p><p>The filament guide shown in the pictures is:&nbsp;</p><p><a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/115109-filament-guide">https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/115109-filament-guide</a></p><p>The rollers have supports to the build plate. &nbsp;To easily remove the supports give them a strong twist then pull them straight off. &nbsp;The rollers also have two color changes to change up the color of the center section.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:</p><p>Step 1: &nbsp;Assemble the bearings with the rollers and use the small hardware c-clips to hold them in place. &nbsp;No superglue is required.</p><p>Step 2: &nbsp;Assemble the 4 hardware rings into each side of the Middle Rail. &nbsp;These ring in like a c-clip to form the bearing seat. &nbsp;A drop of glue is unnecessary but doesn't hurt. &nbsp;Make sure it's aligned so that the roller bearing can slide freely in and out.</p><p>Step 3: &nbsp;Place the Middle Rail in the center of the printer frame.</p><p>Step 4: &nbsp;Use a roller in the front slot to set the distance for the outside Rail, then repeat the other side. &nbsp;You'll find that the left and right rails are almost all the way to the outside of the frame. &nbsp;Shift everything slightly until all 3 rails are centered and happily in place. &nbsp;</p><p>Step 5: &nbsp;Drop in the back two rollers.</p><p>Step 6: &nbsp;Clip on the two filament guides.</p><p>Step 7: &nbsp;Return to printables.com and share a picture of your spool holder to earn 10 Prusameter points.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
