This is a remix of a remix of one of my earlier creations, printed out in PETG material, and I'd say it's a qualified success story. If you push the gate all the way back, you can cause damage to it (see photo), but if you're not intentionally trying to bend it to the breaking point and just clipping it on something, it will be fine. I strongly advise against printing this model out in PLA or ABS materials. It was designed with the flexibility and toughness of PETG in mind.
