Double Six Domino Set

Double Six Domino Set

thingiverse

This is a simple Domino set I created as an exercise in mastering AutoDesk 123D Design and getting familiar with its features. This set goes up to a double-six. The dots are hollowed spheres, and all corners are rounded off. Print Settings Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20 Notes: Using S3D to slice, printing Hatchbox PLA at 200C, 50mm/s How I Designed This I used AutoDesk 123D Design to create a box of domino dimensions, then rounded the vertical corners using the fillet tool. Next, I rounded the top and bottom faces using the fillet tool to give the block a nice rounded shape. I made a smaller box to serve as the center divider and rounded the bottom off using the fillet tool as well, then arranged it with the main block, before performing a subtract of it from the main body. The dots were formed by sinking 2mm diameter spheres 1mm into their respective positions on the surface, then subtracted from the main structure.
