Double sided GT2 belt clamp for MendelMax & Prusa

I added a belt grip on the opposite side, but haven't tested it yet due to my printer being occupied. Upon testing, I adjusted the bottom teeth grooves for better adhesion since the lower layer can be squished. As 5mm seemed ideal in terms of size and strength, I removed other sizes. Customize according to your needs. Default settings are as follows: belt_pitch = 2; belt_width = 10; belt_offset = 0; clamp_height = 5; clamp_width = 10; clamp_length = 18; tooth_width = 1.3; tooth_heigth = .75; bottom_tooth_width = 1.4; bottom_tooth_height = 1.2; offset and offset2 are calculated accordingly.
