Double sail pulley

Double sail pulley

Adjusting the outhaul in mid-air requires a quick and precise double sail pulley system. To achieve this, you'll need an M6 TFHC screw that's 42 millimeters long, paired with a nylstop nut and two large M6 washers. Alternatively, you can use a CHC hex bolt, but if you do, print two Nut Side Flange parts and discard the TFHC Bolt Side Flange. Keep in mind that I've omitted the conical insert found on the Chinook model to ensure maximum contact with the sail hole. For this setup to work seamlessly, the clew hole should be 14 millimeters in diameter by 12 millimeters long, similar to most sails.
