Double Round Spiral Bowl MK2, featuring four sturdy press-fit legs. The bowl body prints flat and can be as large as your printer base will accommodate. Four separate legs are printed and then securely pressed into place under the bowl's rounded body. With a diameter of 180mm, this design is flexible enough to expand if needed, depending on the size of your printer bed. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa Explorer Rafts: No need for rafts in this design. Supports: Supports are not required due to the clever leg design. Resolution: A precise resolution of .3 ensures a smooth finish. Infill: 20% infill provides a good balance between strength and weight. Notes: This design uses flexible PLA, which allows the bowl to shape itself as needed around the legs. The same press-fit leg design is used here as in my previous 8-sided spiral bowl MK1 (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1769500). I designed this model using 123D Design.
