Fuintur's double quick release quickfit carriage for Prusa i3 belt has been rotated 90 degrees. The Quickfit mounting is compatible with RichRap's original design. This modification allows the tool to be mounted vertically, which is ideal for tall tools or those that are not centrally positioned and wouldn't otherwise be compatible with the x smooth rods position. LM8UU holes have been enlarged to accommodate LM8UU bearings (Lowprofile bearings were too small). The zip tie solution is still used, but only for the latch side; the existing design was considered easier than reprinting and redesigning. The zip tie holes require some adjustments, and removing support is a bit more challenging than expected. Print the latch side as is, while the tensioner should be printed with support or redesigned without it. You will need 4 x 624 bearings, 6 M3 bolts & nuts, and 2 M4 bolts & nuts, along with 4 LM8UU linear bearings.
