I've taken my first heavy-duty spool holder project and remixed it into a new solid version designed for use with multiple spools. You will need numerous bolts and either a metal or wooden bar to complete this project. My original design was tailored for a 1.6cm diameter bar, but I can easily adapt the design to fit your specific needs if you just ask. A block, yes - I've created many screw blocks for the bar to prevent it from rotating. To ensure stability and security, you will need a sturdy bar that can withstand the weight of multiple spools. I recommend using a 1.6cm diameter bar, but feel free to suggest any modifications you may require. Please note that this project requires a significant amount of filament - approximately 180-250 grams, depending on your desired level of detail. I designed it with a 0.2mm layer height in mind, but 0.3mm should also work well. A 15% infill will provide sufficient structural integrity. To assemble the spool holder, you'll need a file to create holes for the bolts. The holes are 5.30mm in diameter and are designed to accommodate M5 bolts. You can either wedge the bolts into place or screw them in - both methods should work effectively. I created this design with my CTC printer in mind, but I believe that replicator dual printers with a wooden shell should be compatible with this design as well. If you notice any discrepancies in dimensions, please let me know so I can make necessary adjustments. Additional parts required for the spool holder include: * Bolts: + 4 PCS M5 x 25mm (2 per side for the back part) + 2 PCS M5 x 30mm (middle part) + 2 PCS M5 x 40mm (front bar) + 1 PCS M3 x 20mm (to connect the printer to a standard PTFE tube) * Blocks: 4-6 PCS M4 x 2mm (depending on the number of blocks you need) You will also require a metal or wooden bar, approximately 40-50 centimeters in length. Note that the left and right parts are designed to be different, with the exception of the second spool base part, the no-blocks, and the other locks. You will need to print each of these components twice. I'm currently working on an upgrade that will incorporate PTFE tubing for fast filament changes and potentially support four tubes at once.
