The project is currently unfinished, lacking mounting holes. However, I wanted to share my concept, allowing others to contribute their ideas. This object is designed for creating a drive shaft without needing a lathe or mill. Inspired by side tapped drive pulleys, assembly entails sliding a 608 bearing into the left slots (small hole). Next steps include inserting an 8mm shaft through the large hole or, if skilled, using a 22mm diameter solid shaft blank with 8mm turned ends. Please share your thoughts on this work in progress!
