This is a double pendulum, designed for use with rollerblade wheel bearings. Its original size should fit bearings in large holes; you'll need a roller blade wheel spacer to connect the two pendulums. Use another bearing to connect the fixed pendulum to the base, and secure the base to a wall mount using small screws. Additional washers will keep the fixed pendulum attached, while additional discs serve as end caps.
