Double helix planetary gear
thingiverse
Quick Fusion 360 design using the [double helix script](apps.autodesk.com/FUSION/en/Detail/Index?id=9029586664984391977). I only printed one, and I did it with .3 layer height and around 300 miles per hour (around 50m/s?), just to see if it would work. Bed adhesion was terrible, almost all the parts came off the bed but I let it print. After an hour or two of hand work, sanding, and lots of rotating with a drill, it ended up self-correcting itself and after a spray with some graphite anti-stick spray paint, it works like a dream. Functionally useless, but cool as heck. If you print slower, you could print it as a single piece, already assembled. If you do print at 100% scale with a rigid material, getting it together will be an issue.
