Double Helix Mask
thingiverse
Right after Double Helix was released in 2018 my son wanted to dress up as him big time. You can check out some of the results at https://retrotechjournal.com/2018/11/04/diy-fortnite-double-helix-costume/. This mask uses an adjustable band from a $8 magnifying visor to make this rig tilt up and be comfortable to wear: https://www.amazon.com/SE-Illuminated-Dual-Flip-Magnifier/dp/B003UCODIA. It also used the red lens out of these sunglasses to provide the main red lens: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06WLNDFFZ. There is a bit of glueing involved. The EarTabNewer allows the mask to work with the given head band, and you need to print 2 of them one mirrored, and glue them into the main helmet. Also, the Forehead Pad glues onto the top. I used JB Quick for both of these glueing operations. At least on my son this mask is slightly larger than the original Double Helix mask, but it had to be this big to fit the headband. For Halloween I didn't have time to track down some more red lenses for the rest of the mask, but that should be fairly doable. Any curved dark red plastic or glass that can be made to fit would work great.
