Double headlight for bikes with 25mm handlebar.

I required a strong light for my bicycle and possessed several "Waterproof Water Tight High Powered 1W LED Module" from dealextreme (SKU:11263). These leds work with 12V, which I will source from a 3S LiPo Battery. I chose to create a headlight using these modules, resulting in the project below. This design should be helpful for others who require it. Please note that the images on dealextreme depict + and - cables exiting from both sides but in my possession, both cables exit through one hole only. If you think this is worthy of download, kindly click "Like!" Instructions are provided below: I printed this project in ABS with 60% infill for added strength. It should be possible to print it with less infill, which might result in a lighter product. The included STL files contain the build platform and a mockup for reference. Assembly involves M3 flat head screws and four nuts. The handlebar clamps require nuts for secure mounting. After printing, it is essential to remove support from the screw recess on the back cover by unscrewing from one side until the support breaks from the other. This will enable easy access to trim excess plastic around the recess area.
