Here is my mod of the Nanohack. Inhale, exhale and overlap additional areas to seal in the chin region. This version is designed for TPU and can also be printed with other materials. Revision V1. I added two new versions for wider and longer nose fits. To assemble: 1. Print the pieces at 20% infill without support or rafts. 2. Heat the Nanohack to 55-60º C with a hairdryer or hot water. The circular part must remain intact, so it's thicker to prevent deformation. 3. As the material softens, bring together the nose wings and adjustment wings located on the lower jaw. You can glue them in place for better fit if desired. 4. Heat it up again and wear the mask for final adjustments. Be careful not to burn yourself! If you feel any part of the mask doesn't fit well or is too tight, add a small piece of soft rubber to the contact areas. 5. Attach the "cover" with one or two additional filters. If using a filter, try a circular piece (single or double) from a conventional mask (nonwoven propylene) or use a round facial cotton pad for makeup. A half-pad can make breathing easier. 6. Add elastics/straps. Original and assembly instructions: https://copper3d.com/hackthepandemic/
