Double fan 40mm + Dial Comparator Mount

This idea popped into my head to change the cooling system layer, allowing for two coolers or fans of 40mm, whether in parallel if they're 24Vcc or in series if they're 12Vcc, air flow can be configured from the laminator, in my case Cura 4.0. I also saw a need to put a comparator, so I implemented a mount for easy placement with a screw or nut holding it in place
