double door (IKEA) Lack enclosure

6/06/2017 added left hinge, handle and handle ends .OBJ file for those who want to edit it and use thicker perspex. Here's my take on the Lack Enclosure. I've used bits from other enclosures like the LEG JOINER and the Filament INTAKE TUBE so kudos to them. Please keep in mind that mine is not finished as I don't have a lot of time to build it. It's made with 3 Ikea Lack tables which gives you just under a meter high to work on your printer, and storage underneath (I'll be putting perspex doors and sealing it too). LED's for lighting, seals and filtered ventilation are still in the pipeline; I'll update this as I go. -----what you need----- 3mm screws 2mm wire (large paper clip) magnetic strip 2mm perspex 3mm MDF board ----notes---- Print settings are in the pictures. (supports are only for the hinges, everything should be printable as is.) You'll need to cut grooves into the perspex so you get a clean/flush finish around the hinges and handles. For left and right sides, just print the mirror image along the Y axis. The hinges are held together with 2mm wire cut to length (large paper clip seen in picture). The braces are screwed in with 3mm 12mm long wood screws. The non-hinged gaps are 3mm thick so if you use board like me, it needs to be 3mm but perspex will do too. The hinge and handles are set for a 2mm thick perspex sheet; it's not bad, hardly flexes. The lip of the handle is where you stick the magnetic strip that holds the doors shut firmly. The handle is made up of 3 parts: the handle and handle parts x2, these are friction welded together. To get extra height to fit the printer inside, I cut the fourth leg (that's not needed) into 100mm tall sections (you can make them taller), then connected them to the base, this is where you can use the LEG JOINER. This is all made with the PSU and Main Board in mind that will be located under the enclosure or behind.
