Double Dodeca Array

A symmetrical arrangement of interlocking rhombic and pentagonal dodecahedra on a common cubic framework. This configuration can be achieved by combining blocks, each consisting of two components sharing a square foundation. One component is a pyramidal section of a rhombic dodecahedron, while the other part is a segment of a pentagonal dodecahedron. Two such blocks are suspended from the array, demonstrating its versatility. The arrangement can be perceived as a space-filling pattern of stacked rhombic dodecahedra or alternatively, as a stacking of pentagonal dodecahedra with vacant spaces between cells that resemble concave pentagonal dodecahedra.
