Double Decker V3 200 is a super-fast mini FPV racing quad designed for ultimate flight performance on 4" propellers and high-torque 2204 motors. Key features include: Two levels for perfect weight distribution X-shaped motor positions for maximum stability and control Protective covers for motors and video transmitters A built-in FPV camera holder with a 25-degree angle mount Rigid and reinforced frame parts that ensure durability An incredibly light weight of just 80 grams The unique design features two decks - the front deck is tall enough to fit an 32x32 mm FPV camera like Sony's PZ0420, while the rear deck is flat to keep the battery centered for even better flight performance. With this quad and my custom setup, I've achieved a new personal best time at a local kart racing track - check out the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RN-JIWSBnYY The motors are positioned in a square footprint to ensure perfect balance and handling in every axis. Integrated bumpers protect the VTx and motors, while optional motor protectors provide extra safety. The FPV camera plate has a fixed 25-degree angle for speed flying, but can be adjusted with spacers for fine-tuning. With ABS prints at 100% infill, this frame is super rigid and can withstand many crashes. Total weight of the frame alone is about 80 grams (with M2.5 self-tapping screws), while the all-up weight with FPV gear and a 3s lipo battery is around 340 grams. With 4S power and DAL 4045 BN propellers, this quad boasts an incredible power-to-weight ratio of about 6:1. My recommended build setup includes standard-sized components like 2204 motors, CC3D atom flight controllers, and full-size FPV cameras. The rear deck features the CC3D atom flight controller, partially embedded in the bottom plate, with space for a VTX, receiver, and other essentials. Recommended components: * Motors: 4x 2204 2300kv * ESCs: 4x Little Bee 20A (or similar) * Flight controller: CC3D Atom * Propellers: DAL 4045 BN (or similar) * Battery: 3S-4S LiPo 850-1300 mAh * FPV camera: Sony PZ0420 * Video transmitter: TS5823 200mW Software settings: * BLHeli14.1 firmware for ESCs, with Damped Light mode and Oneshot125 * Cleanflight Luxfloat controller PIDs: + Roll/pitch: 2, 0.040, 30 + Yaw: 6, 0.040, 5 + Looptime: 1800 Let me know how this quad flies for you! My goal is to design the ultimate printable 4" FPV racing quad. Post-Printing: * Spacers: Print attached spacers and use M2.5 self-tapping screws (12-16mm) on the middle part, and two 30mm screws in the center. * Bottom plate: The bottom plate has two holes for the USB connector and motor pins, so you can place the CC3D atom flight controller as low as possible, with the motor pins facing forward. Use hot glue to secure it if needed. There's a large hole on the right side of the copter for easy USB connectivity.
