Use this double carriage adjustment to allow the arm to lean against three times the length of the 8mm rod, thus eliminating rod buckling as a cause for head misalignment. This setup will also eliminate carriage bearing misalignment as a cause for head misalignment. The cost is approximately four centimeters in maximum printing height, but if you want to enhance printing precision, that's a reasonable expense to incur.
