Double-bearing feed in place allows filament to sit neatly on a desk or tabletop and or the gantry. Kudos go to Toddsworld for his STL model that I modified using Tinkercad, giving it another revised iteration for better access to see the LED light on the sensor and countersunk holes. For optimal results, print with a Raft and supports using Proguide settings; I personally use 90% infill, though you can drop it down to 20% if needed. However, be aware that printing at 20% may result in quicker wear and tear. When printing the Bear-arm, no supports are necessary if flipped upside down. Print with 90% infill for best results. The 608Bearingslv model requires no support; print it with 90% infill as well. To assemble properly, fit one arm from the back and one from the front, and don't forget to do a little filing where necessary. When installing bearings, use a vise carefully, and be sure to scrape a bit off the Bearingslv model to help with fitting. Keep in mind that the bearing arms may feel loose during assembly – but that's perfectly fine.
