Find enclosed a relatively simple design for a comfortable, but strong, pocket joint protector. The slide, to close the protector, is currently friction fit. I may or may not update this design to include a detent depending on feedback received. Mine works well as a friction fit. Currently this design can hold two king-size (or smaller) joints. That's approximately 5mm at the filter, and 10mm at its widest and a maximum height of 110mm. The joints should fit filter down with minimal side-to-side movement. If you roll your joints fatter than 10mm, you'll need to step up to a larger size (to be included in this design in the future). While not necessary, I highly recommend an 800+ wet sanding after printing as it can provide a beautiful finish on the end product and aid in sliding the protector in and out of your pocket easier.
