Double 22mm Draining Valve Adapter for EasyBreath Decathlon Mask

As already done by oceanreef for its masks, this adapter enables seamless mounting of 22mm medical filters directly onto the draining valve of the Decathlon Easybreath mask. This innovative design is currently being put to the test and, when used in conjunction with a custom curved filter positioned beneath the protective suit, offers unparalleled flexibility. The creators deliberately designed the system to be sealed securely to the body of the mask using silicone, thus ensuring an impenetrable seal since there is no inherent seal element present. By sealing the adapter with silicone, it becomes possible to remove the drain valve – also known as the chin valve – without any issues. We strongly advise against using these masks as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) unless absolutely necessary, due to conflicting opinions on their effectiveness and utility in such a context.
