DotBot:bit is an open-source robot chassis designed for prototyping robots with the BBC micro:bit. This robot was created to facilitate 3D printing and programming lessons for students, making learning fun and interactive. To build DotBot:bit, you will need: * 1 micro:bit * 2 Servo:lite boards from Kitronik * 2 FS90R micro continuous rotation servos * 2 wheels for the FS90R, measuring 60mm x 8mm * 2 glass marbles, each 16 mm in diameter There are two versions of DotBot:bit: 1. The original DotBot:bit is easy to print and assemble. 2. The DotBot:bit Truck version allows you to connect other mechanical elements, making it a versatile robot chassis. You can download the STL files for DotBot:bit from the following links: * DotBot-bit-dx.stl * DotBot-bit-sx.stl * DotBot-bit.stl For the DotBot:bit Truck version, download these STL files: * DotBot-bit-T-dx.stl * DotBot-bit-T-pen.stl * DotBot-bit-T-sx.stl * DotBot-bit-T.stl If you prefer to build a Lego-compatible version of DotBot:bit, you can download the following STL files: * DotBot-bit-plate-lego-version.stl * DotBot-bit-ultrasound-lego-version.stl * DotBot-bit-dx-lego-version.stl * DotBot-bit-sx-lego-version.stl For the moto:bit (sparkfun) holder, download these STL files: * moto_bit-holder-v01.stl * moto_bit-holder-v02.stl Assembling the robot is a straightforward process.
