Dota 2 Alpine Ursa
thingiverse
This is Zephyr, from Valve. If you're unfamiliar with Dota 2 cosmetics, they're worth a fortune, around several hundred dollars I'd say. Since you might not have that kind of cash lying around, consider settling for this real, physical replica instead. Keep in mind that he doesn't stand upright very well. If someone wants to gift me the digital alpine set, that would be fantastic. Many thanks to Maker3D and SlicerStudio for supporting Deis3D, the 3D Printing Club at Brandeis University's MakerLab, where I honed my skills in designing and printing these awesome models (located on the grounds of Brandeis University). I specifically used their software/materials to print this item. Print Settings Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: If you have access to SlicerStudio, import the factory file to replicate all the settings I used to print this model. If not, open the G-Code file in a text editor and look at the top of the document for all the settings. Sliced with SlicerStudio Printed on an Octoprint Replicator 2X Printed using Red Pro PLA Filament 190°C print temperature The print time was about 18 hours I didn't design this model; it came from Valve's repository on the Dota 2 Workshop. The cosmetics were created by experts who are far more talented and innovative than I am. I take no credit for its design. If you want to learn how to obtain these models, go get the stock files from the Dota 2 Workshop. To convert them into printable objects, follow this guide. Sadly, due to the change in the Source engine format after the switch to Source 2, it's not possible to retrieve any Dota 2 files right now. All of my game models are built and assembled in Blender using Netfabb and sliced with SlicerStudio.
