I'm building a tubing holder specifically designed for aquariums and sumps with 1/4" wall thicknesses, but it will also flex to accommodate slightly thicker walls. I'm currently using this holder with 1/4" RO tubing, and the 0.27" holes fit nicely, although there's a bit of friction - 0.26 might provide a more secure fit.
