Dosing Funnel for Crema 54mm Portafilter

This dosing funnel was designed for a Crema 54mm bottomless portafilter and used on a Sage/Breville Barista Pro espresso machine.The part was designed using OnShape and the file is publicly available here: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/8fe577deb708aee19f70bbb7/w/a9fa6640ff16390b0aea7932/e/0f6472ac1d99bc9e7195f01a?renderMode=1&uiState=653c25ef7ae6fb6964d96a27The funnel can be adapted to fit other portafilters by adjusting the inner diameter and/or the cutouts for the locking tabs of the portafilter. If you have a specific portafilter you wish to use this funnel with, and am not able to update the CAD yourself, feel free to send me a message and the dimensions of your portafilter, and I will send you an updated design.I have printed the funnel on a MK4 in Prusament PLA using both inputshaper 0.15 SPEED profile as well as the standard 0.1mm profile and both produce excellent results. I've include a copy of the g-code for the 0.1mm profile as I feel the results were the best (marginally).If you prefer to not see a seam line, be sure to change the seam position setting to “nearest” from the default “aligned” setting.You can use the standard “snug” supports or “organic” as both give similar results. I found the best orientation for the print to be with the top flat on the build platform. If any one has feedback or suggestions on how to further improve the design, please leave a comment or message me directly.
