Dosendeckel (Soda Can Lid)

Inspiriert von dem Dosendeckel von "bioghost" (Dankeschön! :) ) habe ich einen Dosendeckel mit "Fusion 360" selbst kreiert. Nachdem der Ring auf der Dose besser haften soll, als der Deckel auf dem Ring, kam ich nicht darum herum, beides aus unterschiedlichen Materialien zu drucken. Der Ring musste also fester sitzen und wurde daher aus PLA gedruckt. Der Deckel sollte leichter gehen und klappbar sein. Also entschied ich mich für das weiche TPU. Somit musste ich beide getrennt voneinander drucken und eine Verbindungsstelle schaffen, die auch ohne unterstützende Streben druckbar ist. Es war ein bisschen ein Gefummel, bis ich den inneren Ringdurchmesser so hatte, dass es Fest hielt aber auch relativ leicht aufsteckbar und abnehmbar war. Auf den Dosen von "Monster Energy - Rehab" passt der Deckel ganz gut. Due to the fact that the ring should stick stronger on the can than the lid on the ring and the lid should be foldable, there was no way arround making these thing of different materials. So the ring had to be of stronger material like PLA and the lid of soft material like TPU. So it has to be printed separately and I needed a connection between both parts that is printable without support. It was a little bit tricky to get the inner diameter of the ring resulting in a strong hold but "easy" stick on and remove. It has the best hold on the cans of "Monster Energy - Rehab".
