myminifactory
Design for the WASAP Competition. The central idea behind Dos Hojas' design revolves around ergonomics, seeking to create comfort through rectilinear shapes within a minimalist framework that adds an elegant touch to any environment. The design underwent thorough testing at full scale using cardboard, meticulously evaluating both ergonomic and functional aspects. Key advantages of 3D printing include: - Its non-complex form allows for rapid production time, thus minimizing the use of printing material. - It can be printed in either vase mode or with infill to provide additional support and durability. Dimensions: 995 mm x 600 mm x 500 mm Printing Details: The orange chair was printed in vase mode at a scale of 6% using PLA. In contrast, the gray version was produced at a 4% scale with 15% infill also utilizing PLA.
