This is a perfect project for the DORA rssi converter if you own or plan to buy one, considering that the Spektrum DORA case has a bare PCB base which prompts creation of an appropriate enclosure. When working with this conversion, keep in mind the following guidelines: always opt for 100% infill and use 0.1 layer settings. These specifications ensure perfect fitment as desired. Keep in mind that due to manufacturing discrepancies, hole alignment may be inconsistent, which might make manual adjustments necessary to complete the build successfully. To overcome this hurdle, attach your rssi module to another component using a rubber band initially. Then secure it all with hot glue at lower temperature suitable for foam usage, avoiding excessive heating which can potentially cause damage or misshapen objects resulting in faulty performance.
