These STL files are used to make an enclosure and radio cradle for the Doppler direction finder by Dave NZ1J. His video about it is located on Youtube.com https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNqUKYkifOo . The printer I used was a Prusa 3d printer. The PVC is 1/2 inch standard grade available at any hardware store. The board is held in the case with 6-32 round head screws and nuts. the clamps on the backside are held to the case by 4-40 screws and nuts. I made the arms 12 inches long and the vertical section is about 16 inches long. The lid is held in place with flathead wood screws. The coax I used was RG-174. The antennas are available on Amazon. They are 19 inches long and have 3mm threads in their base. I took some perf board and made small flat pieces with 3mm screws stagger located to mount the antennas to inside the arms. The cradle is designed to hold the Baofeng UV5-r handheld.
