The 22.5-degree circular arc has a radius of 1020mm (Märklin: Spur 1). The switch mechanism is designed to allow for individual adjustment of all switch branches. The intersection switch functions optimally with the switch drive (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3528143), which ensures additional functional safety through internal springing. The two drives can be switched on individually, provided that the vehicles are heavy enough to split the switch. Safe operation is ensured by coupling the two drives via a Servo Y cable (Conrad Order No.: 223821 – UP).
