IMPORTANT WARNING scale up 10X (yeah, as ever, I didn't remember to do it when exporting my files) Do you produce your own e-liquid? It can be useful for you. It's made and designed to mix high-VG e-liquid, where the PC fan systematically fails. I was able to mix about 60ml of 85% VG and 15% PG starting from a 100% VG base and PG flavors with a relatively small 35mm x 6mm magnetic stir bar, but the motor actually doesn't decrease RPMs. I think it can move a bigger stir bar and consequently mix a bigger quantity of e-liquid. So, I designed it for my own use and I normally prefer to produce three-quarters recipes of 60ml each one instead of a big quantity at a time. But I think I'll design a bigger one to dilute my 100mg base in a nic level ready to use in bigger quantities with a powerful motor. To build this, you'll need: - One motor like this one https://it.aliexpress.com/item/DC-12V-300RPM-Micro-Electric-Full-Metal-Speed-Mini-Reduction-Metal-Gear-Motor-Shaft-Diameter-Reduction/32591788024.html?spm=2114.13010608.0.0.rg1Gtx - One https://it.aliexpress.com/item/DC-New-1-8V-3V-5V-6V-12V-2A-Low-Voltage-Motor-Speed-Controller-PWM-1803B/32388277945.html?spm=2114.13010608.0.0.rg1Gtx or something like that - One 12V power supply (that you want, I'm using the PSU of my reprap) - Two 5x12mm magnets - Eight 3x10mm self-tapping screws - Four 3x4 self-tapping screws - Some cables - Iron solder, tin-lead solder, and heat-shrink tubing to solder and insulate motor and wire joins - Some glue (cyanoacrylate recommended if you're using ABS) You will notice that it is very high and has gaps. It's desired, it's extremely easy to assemble and everybody can do it in this way. In the next days, I'll post some photos, but believe me, it's really easy to assemble. Also, there are very wide tolerances, so even if you don't have a hi-level printer, you can print the same without problems. The only thing that I recommend for the moment and you need to pay attention is: - Take the magnets as close as you can to the top part - Don't fit the motor reducer completely into the seat because you need to periodically replace the oil in the gears Print Settings: Printer: Half Geeetech, half Prusa steel Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm worked for me Infill: 20% worked for me
