I found the doorstoppers you can buy in shops, are often made with an incline that is too steep in order to really peg the door at a specific location.

Therefore I designed one with a very low angle incline. When you print it in soft TPU, it really firmly holds the door at a specific spot. I use it in my shed to ventilate without the risk of the door slamming shut due to the wind. I can even adjust the amount of airflow through my shed by pinning the door at certain locations (it's very windy here:))

Use the right filament (you really need a rubber like soft TPU) The cheap Amazon-like TPU just slides around too much on my polished concrete floor.

Printed with:

Fiberlogy fiberflexx 40D matte (warps like crazy)

0,2mm layer height - 0,6mm nozzle

I had a 0,6mm nozzle installed when I designed this so I used that. But I think if you use a 0,4mm nozzle with 0,1mm layer height, you can get an even better fit because the surface will be flatter

35% infill

4 walls
