Doorstop (Fixed)

Doorstop (Fixed)

One of my first attempts at making something truly useful was a fixed-size door stop that prevented my mischievous kitty from getting stuck in a room. The thickness of the door is assumed to be approximately 4cm, so I designed this device accordingly. I recently upgraded to a more robust version - v2. Unfortunately, I don't have any pictures of it yet, but I've included the STL and Blender files for your reference. This new model consists of three parts instead of one. To increase its strength, the "stops" are printed vertically, and I personally attached them using Tamiya Plastic Cement. Here's a summary of my printing settings: * Printer Brand: LulzBot * Printer Model: Mini * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.25mm * Infill: 20% Only applicable to the original version (v1): I should have rounded the corners for safety reasons, as they can be sharp enough to cause injury if you step on them when they're unattached. I successfully printed this model using ABS plastic with a temperature of 240C and a hotbed temperature of 110C.
