Adapterplate from Friedland doorbells to a no-brand wireless doorbell pushbutton from Biltema seamlessly integrates. M3-sized screws and nuts are required for the new pushbutton. A designated area at the top is reserved for generic nametags or writing. The Blender file is included, making it easy to remix since the holes are accurately positioned.
