Door wedge lock 2 didn't print
thingiverse
I'm having another go at perfecting the door wedge lock design. This iteration features a lock and key mechanism, which should make it functional once I can get it printed. The challenge is that I've yet to successfully print out the individual parts to assemble and test the lock. I might need to break down the model into its constituent components in order to troubleshoot any printing issues. Let me re-cap the design concept: The device is designed to slide under a closed door, and when pressed on the left side with a finger, it opens up the wedge-shaped locking mechanism. Then, using a key in place, you can lock the door by opening the wedge. This setup secures the door in its open position. Feel free to modify or remake the design as you see fit, and share your work with others or use it however you like!
