I designed a custom washer solution to address the issue of a slow-closing door on my slate door frame. To resolve this problem, I created a set of washers that could be used in the hinges. These innovative washers performed exceptionally well, prompting me to consider sharing them with others. The dimensions of these washers are as follows: inner diameter - 10mm and outer diameter - 15mm. Additionally, they come in four different heights: 0.3mm, 0.5mm, 0.7mm, and 1mm.
