Simple Cover for Door Ventilation Hole You'll need a pair of covers, one for each side of the door - inside and outside. However, these must be identical, not mirrored. The minimum width required is 4cm. If you want to scale or cut the design, keep in mind that it may not fit perfectly due to layer thickness and nozzle diameter differences. The hole size needed is 41mm. This was the standard size I found at local stores, so I used this as a reference point. I initially thought about adding an interlocking mechanism but decided against it, opting instead for supergluing the parts together. They're not meant to be removed anytime soon anyway. This design was printed using a 0.6 nozzle diameter and optimized for layer height compatibility. The curved middle section is designed to extrude three lines at once - one in the center and two perimeters - which ensures smooth printing with this specific setup.
