Door stops for Wicket Doors
cults3d
PVC wicket door stops inevitably succumb to wear and tear over time. Don't discard your gate just yet; give it a second chance by repairing it instead. This plate was designed as a replacement for the worn-out stops, featuring strategically placed oblong perforations that allow for precise depth adjustment. The fact that it's printed in PLA makes it unexpectedly resilient to stress and functions flawlessly. I've successfully tested this design on an Alfawise U20 printer. To achieve optimal results, I recommend using the following settings: Layer height: 0.1 Filling percentage: 30% Temperature: Adjust according to your PLA filament and environment (for White Geeetech, I used 200°C with a tray at 35°C due to a lack of a fairing and slightly cooler part conditions). Surprisingly, an "adhesion surface" isn't necessary. If you're experiencing membership issues, feel free to experiment with different settings and environments. The provided 3D file represents a single stop; simply duplicate it if you need more, as I did for my two stops. Printing two stops takes approximately four hours.
