Customize your own unique door stoppers by creating 3D business cards that won't go missing! Choose from Door Stopper V1 in two versions - Simple with text on top, and Normal with additional text underneath. Alternatively, opt for Door Stopper V2, a smaller model with a cut-off top. These models were designed using OpenScad (http://openscad.org), and you can personalize the *.scad files to your liking. Printing may present challenges with ABS due to warping; if using a RapMan or similar, ensure a wide, hot raft is in place. PLA printing is easier, as seen in the blue example image, but will not be as solid. Additional tips can be found within the *.scad files. To customize your door stopper, create 3D letters using tools like Sketchup or Netfabb (http://www.netfabb.com/). Merge these with Meshlab (http://meshlab.sourceforge.net/) or OpenScad; Netfabb Pro (commercial) offers the simplest solution. For text placement, ensure 3mm height with Z=0 for text underneath and Z=7.5 for Door Stopper V2's top text.
