This doorstop is designed to be screwed, glued or both to the back of a door about 30 cm from the door hinge side to prevent the handle from marking or damaging the plasterboard partitions. The choice of installing it at the top of the door prevents children from playing with it (tearing it off for example) but also from being screwed to the wall and thus adding an extra hole in a partition. It also makes the wall protection more discreet, even when the door is closed, since we don't look at the top of our doors at home.
