Door Stopper

Door Stopper

The door stopper attached to the wall bounces the door which might lead to personal harm. When you slam the door, the door swings backward and might hit you or damage the other side of the wall. Doors slam into walls causing damage to occur every day. Preventing this is 100% possible with a 3D printer. The problem affects the wall and the person swinging the door. The problem is located wherever a doorstop is at. Fixing it is important because the problem could lead to more damage. Yes, it is something that can be 3D printed. Maybe it should be colored gray for this room, but it can be colored to match any room. My solution solves the problem because this creation will catch the door handle instead of bouncing the door away from the wall. It’s going to be basically the same size and shape as a normal door stopper. The only difference is that it’ll have extremities that will stop and catch the doorknob. Height 1 inch, width 1 inch, length 1 inch, inside diameter 1 inch, outside diameter 1 inch The limitations are that not all doorknobs are the same size and shape. The material has to be flexible enough to bend but strong enough not to crack. I think it will last for a couple of months to years depending on how much abuse it takes. It can be used differently I suppose. I think light gray or black could work
