Printable Door Stop Tip Instructions Replace old tip. Remove it from door stop post. Install new tip. Slide it on over post. Note: You may need to adjust size by cutting inside of new tip slightly depending on type of door stop post you are using. Some users have found this works very well on spring door posts and becomes quite difficult to remove after being placed. Apply glue as necessary to secure.
