Hey there, fellow innovators! This is my fresh spin on a "Protective Door Barrier" for inner doors that are 16 inches thick. I've put it to the test using 3D printing with high-quality PETG filament, set at an optimal temperature of 245 degrees Celsius and a comfortable layer thickness of 75 microns.
