Door Seal
thingiverse
This is for sealing the bottom gap on a door. It uses 11 mm or so self adhesive foam seal on the bottom. I used PLA so you can paint it later to match the door. I also put latex sealer in the bolt holes to make it look smoother. The are assembled with light tapping in of the triangle parts, I was going to glue but the friction fit is pretty good. If they don't fit because the first layer always turns out tad wider, just cut with small knife or sand the triangles to fit. My door has metal sides so I used center punch to start the drill holes for the screws. I designed it for a 36 inch door but turns out my door was 32, so I just sawed off part of one at the end. I guess you could cut them in software too.
